A few months ago, Emma got a new fish. She named him/her???..hmmm, come to think of it, I have no idea what the gender of her beta fish is.....Well, with a name like, "Star," I guess it could be either. Anyways, several weeks ago, Star's tail disappeared. This is the case of Star's missing tail.

You have a girl fish on your hands! The boys are the really colorful ones! It's OK Annie, Maggie and Jack would do the same thing! Love you guys and hope to see you really soon!
Oh, so it's a girl! Thank you.
We'll have to make sure we keep a careful eye on the kids if we ever darken the doorstep of a pet store, or the entire fish section will be tail-less.
Ohhhhh ho ho ho! What I wouldn't give to see how that one went down. I can't believe my sweet Annie could be so heartless. Man, you let her off easy on that one, didn't you? You can tell she thought she was gonna be in some serious trouble and was trying to read your expression to see whether you thought the "situation" was funny or whether you were trying to trap her. Very funny indeed.
I was trying to be serious mom, but I do believe she caught a smirk on my face. We are pretty thorough in teaching them to say, "please and thank you" and not to talk to stranger, but I plum forgot about telling them not to pull the tails off of fish.
Oh okaaaay, I totally understand now. And hey man, when she robs her first bank do yourself a favor and at least TRY to wipe the smirk off your face, eh?
I mean, I know I don't have kids of my own and don't have a lot of room for offering parenting advice, but that one could prove to be valuable.
knock it off before I beat you up with a smirk on my face!
As long as it's caught on camera and set to music, that will be no problem whatsoever.
your wish is my command
OK you TWO off to your rooms again!!!
Ya gotta stop the fightin' man!
Everytime I go to feed Rexy-Keeko, I am sure to mention to him what a lucky fish he is to have respectable owners who don't let their children pull his tail off...... I can tell he is very grateful.
I'm sure he's very grateful to have such a respectable name, as well.
Yep thats Annie.I'm now officially not getting a fish.
Sorry Ann.
